Brands Hatch saw the WTCC and the first ever visit of the newly-inaugurated F2 series. Sadly the weekend was marred by the tragic events surrounding Henry Surtees.

June saw the British Superbikes make their annual pilgrimage to Snetterton. Big names including Leon Camier and Chris Walker rub shoulders with the up-and-coming stars on two wheels.
A full supporting line-up included 125GP, Supersport, Superstock 600 & 1000, KTM RC8.

» British F3/GT Rockingham

The British F3 and GT series rolled into the fast oval circuit at Rockingham.
Nick Tandy took a highly emotional race win in F3, and the GT series produced two highly competitive races.
An extensive line-up of support races included Pickup Trucks, VW Cup, Formula Ford and Ginetta G20.

The historic Silverstone venue opened the 2009 FIA/GT championship.
The main FIA/GT series was supported by the GT3 and GT3 championships, plus the British F3 series.

» A1GP Brands Hatch

Brands Hatch saw the finale of the 2008/9 A1GP Championhip.
Adam Carroll took a race victory and secured the title for Ireland for the first time.
An extensive support package included FIA Lurani Trophy, Formula Palmer Audi, GT Cup, Heritage Touring Cars, Lotus Elise Trophy and S2000.

» BTCC Brands Hatch

The 2009 BTCC series kicked off in April at Brands Hatch.
2005/6 double champion Matt Neal took a race win and another podium to take an early lead in the championship.
The BTCC is fully supported by the TOCA package, consisting of Porsche Carrera, Formula Renault, Renault Clio Cup, Ginetta G50, Ginetta Juniors .

» BTCC 2008 Book

The 2008 British Touring Car Championship proved yet again to be an explosive and highly competitive season. Once again going down to the final rounds at Brands Hatch, Italian touring car star Fabrizio Giovanardi took his second championhip in a row, at the same time steering Vauxhall to the manufacturers' title. 118pp, 259 colour photographs.
